“The programs and services that the Riverview Best Start Hub offers are AMAZING!! My older son enjoys the PELP program 2 days a week and because I put him in this program I know the transition to JK in the fall will be much easier. My younger son and I utilize the Ontario Early Years centre on the days his brother is in the PELP program and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff are so friendly and welcoming it makes attending the centre so much fun and enjoyable for the boys and I.“
"Having a 17 month old and 7 month old, we have gone to the Petrolia OEYC for extra support and services as our Public Health Nurse suggested to our family. We have done ‘Make the Connection’ and enjoyed the drop in times and the new playmates for our 17 month old. The staff are really nice and the play times are so much fun. Recently, we have been able to talk to someone from Pathways about speech concerns without travelling to Sarnia as our nurse set that up for us. We like having this so close in our community.”

“I have been using the programs at Forest OEYC for 8 years now. I have an 8 year old, 4 year old and 3 year old. My two youngest children have used the PELP program and it’s been very helpful for school readiness. My middle child comes to the OEYC for Pathways programs as well. He does speech, OT and physio in Forest. It’s so helpful that it’s close to my home to use these services. The staff is wonderful. They work very hard to make the OEYC a very enjoyable place to come for my whole family. I’m very grateful to have these services in my community. It’s our home away from home here.”
“The Brooke Alvinston Best Start Hub offers an exceptional facility, comprehensive programming and staff that are caring and dedicated.”
